There are two award categories in which team members can be recognized:
1. Daisy Award: Sponsored by the Daisy Foundation, this is an award celebrating nursing team members for providing exceptional care.
2. BEE (Be Excellent Everyday) Award: Created by St. Mark Village, this award celebrates team members from any department for the dedication expressed in providing exceptional service.
To receive an award, a team member must be nominated by a resident, colleague or supervisor for providing phenomenal care and going above and beyond designated responsibilities. Awards will be announced on a quarterly basis.

Team member nomination forms can be submitted electronically or be found at a nomination box, which are in the following locations:
At the Nebraska Campus: Front Desk, Health Care Center Nurses’ Station, Rehab Nurses’ Station, Memory Care Nurses’ Station, Assisted Living Nurses’ Station, Dining Room Comment Card Box.
At the Highland Lakes Campus: Front Desk, Nurses’ Station
